made with water, ancient grains : millet*, sorghum*, amaranth*, flaxseed*, natural brown rice, sea-salt, psyllium husk*.

Less than 2% of yeast and 10% of tapioca and potato starch.

Inclusions : cinnamon powder* + raisins.

All natural, simple ingredients and no preservatives.

This bread is made with 90% whole ancient gluten-free grains* + seeds*

3. Our gluten-free bread dries out fairly quickly in the days after it’s baked. Higher whole grain content like ours (90% of whole gf grains ie: sorghum, millet, amaranth, natural brown rice) dries out much more slowly compared to a bread with higher starch content.
